Digital Products

All products sold through richfromresell.co are digital in nature, including but not limited to supplier lists, supplier access, and digital guides. Due to the instant-delivery nature of these products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered or access has been granted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, the product cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded.
• You waive any right to a cooling-off period refund once the digital content has been delivered.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
• You did not receive access to the product after purchase and we are unable to resolve the issue.

If you believe you qualify for an exception, contact us within 7 days of purchase at the email address below.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in permanent removal of your access to all Rich From Resell products and services.
